We provide surface mounted weighbridges to suit various industry requirements. Our weighbridge systems are built for versatility and ease of installation. Surface mounted weighbridges are easily portable and require no drainage or foundation costs that apply to a pit mounted weighbridge.

A hire weighbridge is priced based on the workflow of the site. Standard rates can be between £100 - £120 per week based on requirements.
If the bridge is in stock we can usually organise delivery and installation within 5-10 working days (subject to availability). If the bridge is a new build we allow up to 6 weeks for manufacture and installation.
All of our weighbridge structures come with a 5 year warranty from date of installation. All electronics hold a 12 month warranty from date of installation.
We offer anything from 5m long weighbridges for cars/vans, 9m long bridges suitable for scrap wagons and roll-on-roll-offs, to 15m, 16m or 18m for articulated lorries and heavy haulage. We also provide a bespoke manufacturing service for any unusual required sizes included extra wide for tractors and farming equipment.
A solid concrete foundation is always a preferred option, however, this is not always cost-effective. To combat this, we hire spreader plates with the weighbridge to safely install on compacted hardcore and sometimes tarmac.
Yes, we always offer full OIML verification as an option.
Each weighbridge requires a minimum of two standard 240V 3 pin plug sockets, one for the indicator (weight display) and one for the ticket printer, which should be housed in a cabin or office up to 50m from the weighbridge.
If there are other power requirements such as an outdoor display and/or traffic lights etc then we can discuss exact requirements at the enquiry stage. A generator can be used where power is not directly available but must use a voltage smoother/stabiliser in this case.
The indicator and printer must be protected from the elements in either a cabin, existing building or a weatherproof pole mounted box. This should be no more that 50m away from the weighbridge and, legally, you should be able to see, by eye or with CCTV, three of the four corners of the weighbridge whilst in use to avoid mis-weighing.
Yes we do. These can be operated by manually activating the system from a button or can be activated using RFID card tag system.
We try to use a HIAB crane-fitted lorry to safely install. If this is not possible we will discuss the options with you before arrival on site.
Yes. Some models can be installed onto a slope of 1:20.
Yes, we supply a starter pack with the weighbridge. Our weighbridge ticket printing services offer both our standard designed tickets with your logo or we can provide custom designs if required.
