The FORCE WIM HS Series has been certified to an accuracy of better than 0.25% by the Research Institutes of Sweden and Netherlands Measurement Institute.
Designed for highly accurate data readings and analysis, the FORCE WIM HS Series is equipped with 8 weighing points with 4 on each rail.
These sensors detect the passage of each wheel by the changes in the most sensitive part of the rail. Thereby, the system obtains the most accurate information that can be registered.
The FORCE WIM HS Series has been accredited with a system accuracy better than 0.25% by the RISE and NMi. It is capable of detecting not only weight, speed and direction, but also the weight of single wheels or bogies, alongside whether the train has an uneven or excessive load.
The system can also identify the type of locomotive or wagon being weighed, or any defects in wheels or bogies. The FORCE WIM HS Series is also built for efficiency and ease-of-use, with an average maintenance time of less than 1 hour.
