The FORCE DPS (Derailment Protection System) is an automated system designed to identify individual wheel force loadings. The system will raise an alarm if any wheels or axles are out of a pre-set tolerance, bolstering safety against possible derailment.
The FORCE DPS is a fully mobile and portable system designed to easily fit all standard rail gauges, and installable in only 15 minutes.
The Force DPS works to an accuracy of up to 0.2% allowing users to instantly detect any wheel force imbalances.
Automatic force measurement checks will reduce the risk of derailment by highlighting areas of concern over each railcar.
The system comes with an easy-to-use operating system designed to test for all worldwide standards, complete with streamlined drag-and-drop functionality.
Designed for reliability, accuracy and ease of use, the FORCE DPS attaches easily to any standard rail gauge. As a portable system, it allows for easy installation with adjustable scales to accommodate track levelling errors.

Health and Safety is optimised with the Force DPS’ built-in Centre-of-Gravity checking system. This makes identifying load errors, wheel errors and suspension faults quick and simple.
The Force DPS provides the operators with documentation that proves the train is within wheel force tolerance and is subsequently in accordance with worldwide guidances and DIN Standards. All data can be stored internally on the Force DPS for downloading to a PC or USB stick. The recorded data can easily be integrated into ISO quality systems.
